A hat trick of DEREX project wins: results of the ‘Best Building of the Year in Latvia’

In a dazzling display of innovation and dedication, DEREX has once again left its mark on the architectural landscape of Latvia.

The 2022 edition of the ‘Best Building of the Year in Latvia’ competition saw four outstanding buildings from the Daugavpils Fortress illuminated by DEREX’s cutting-edge technologies, and they didn’t just participate – they triumphed.

The buildings of the Daugavpils Fortress received three victories in two categories:

Engineering Arsenal: 2nd Place in the ‘Restoration’ category.
7th Bastion and Gunpowder Warehouse: 3rd Place in the ‘Restoration’ category.
Promenade of the Daugavpils Fortress: 2nd Place in the ‘Landscape Construction’ category.
